This is a 12-week program starting January 27th at 8:30am. All runs will be 3 days per week from Swamp Rabbit Cafe.
Tuesday mornings: 7:00am or Thursday evenings at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 8:30am (with 1 homework run each week)
- 3 days per week
- $15/week including weekly meal prep plans
- specials weekly from Swamp Rabbit Cafe and discounts at Run-In during the 12 weeks
- Weekly motivational emails with downloadable meal prep plans, videos and grocery shopping lists
