Good morning! I realized when you all took the survey in December, that I wasn’t pumping out enough recipes –which is just not okay.  With the start of the new year, writing ebooks, and coming up with new products (more on this soon), I have let the recipes slip! Oops.

If you are just now tuning in, you might not know I am a fan of smoothies and superfoods.  If you follow me on snapchat, you get a peek into my day-to-day activities and a peek into my pantry.  I’d like to share with you today one of my favorite smoothie bowl recipes from the inTENsive Reset and Refresh.  Enjoy and have a wonderful week!

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients but the frozen banana and the ice in the blender.
  2. Add the frozen ingredients and blend again.
  3. Add your favorite superfood toppings.

These are some of my favorite superfood toppings for smoothie bowls and they are much more economical purchasing them in bulk and storing them in mason jars!

    • Go for it Teri! These are more substantial than the regular old smoothie. I love filling them with all sorts of plant-based proteins, healthy fats, and fruits for fiber to keep me full! 🙂
