Making Long-Term Goals for Health this Season

I have plenty of functional and practical nutrition knowledge and packages, but there is nothing like partnering up with a company that I am proud to recommend this season for making long-term goals for health to get healthy for GOOD.

I try not to play favorites with planners and journals, but this one has it all.  I have been into this journal since I discovered it. I love the way it is designed and laid out with weekly and daily planning pages.

Make a Goal! 

For me personally, the nutrition part comes second nature but, as my business grows, I am struggling with finding time for myself to workout.  I am such a goal-oriented list freak and I am loving how it breaks out workouts into cardio and strength for weekly planning.  I have also been using it every Sunday for batch cooking and taking time to make my most stressful meals ahead of time.  For me, it’s breakfast and lunches.

Make it measurable!

    • I tried to go “paperless” this year as well, and it didn’t get me very far. I am soooo much more efficient with my planners. And they are making a comeback! 😉
