Lemony Sugar Snap Peas
Snap peas from my CSA basket, herbs from my garden, and a couple of pantry staples gave me the inspiration for this quick and easy side dish. I hesitate to call this a recipe, because it is really just the snap peas themselves, In the Nude. I put it together with a couple of fresh ingredients that I had on hand. To me, this is the best way to enjoy these seasonal treasures — just the way they were intended. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Wash and trim sugar snap peas and set aside.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl to make a vinaigrette. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the sugar snap peas in a serving dish, and you’re done!
